1)
Initial Inspection
All
inkjets are visually checked for any faults or blemishes
once they arrive at the factory.
2)
Internal Cleaning and Flushing
All
cartridges are either stripped down or internally
flushed using purpose built computer controlled equipment.
This is to ensure that all old ink is removed and
the filters and nozzles are clean and open.
3)
Ink-filling
Alphajet
only use inks that are manufactured to the highest
quality to give top level performance. The ink is
then delivered under vacuum via volumetric filling
to ensure the cartridge will deliver the same yield
(pages per cartridge) as the original product.
4)
Print Testing
All
inkjets are subjected to electronic testing and then
100% graphics tested to ensure the cartridge printing
performance is perfect.
5) Tape and Seal
Cartridges
are then externally cleaned and the printer heads
are sealed using special low tack adhesive tape to
ensure the print head does not dry out or leak during
its shelf life.
6)
Packing and Shipping
The
inkjets are packed into especially designed plastic
bags and then into Alphajet boxes and sent to their
relevant destination. NB. Quality control Inspections
are carried out at every stage and every cartridge
is print tested before leaving to ensure great customer
satisfaction.
