1) Initial Inspection

All inkjets are visually checked for any faults or blemishes once they arrive at the factory.

2) Internal Cleaning and Flushing

All cartridges are either stripped down or internally flushed using purpose built computer controlled equipment. This is to ensure that all old ink is removed and the filters and nozzles are clean and open.

3) Ink-filling

4) Print Testing

Cartridges are then externally cleaned and the printer heads are sealed using special low tack adhesive tape to ensure the print head does not dry out or leak during its shelf life.

6) Packing and Shipping
